On the 28th of October we went to University Enrique Guzmán y Valle (Cantuta) to give a talk on Chinese culture.
La Universidad de Cantuta es una universidad pública muy grande e impresionante. Ofrece educación, ingeniería y administración. Nos encontramos con unos jóvenes que estaban organizando la charla para la Universidad.
Cantuta University is quite a big and impressive public university. It offers education, engineering and administration. We met a few youths who were organizing the talk for the university.
Keng Suan dió la presentación de la Cultura China - La Cultura Prominente en Asia a un auditorio lleno de estudiantes del Departamento de Lenguas Extranjeras. Habló de las similitudes y diferencias entre las culturas orientales y occidentales, cómo piensan los chinos, cómo usar los palillos y enseñó algunas palabras sencillas de China.Keng Suan gave the presentation for Chinese Culture – The Prominent Culture in Asia to an auditorium of students from the Department of Foreign Languages. She spoke about the similarities and differences between the Asian and Western cultures, how Chinese think, how to use chopsticks and taught a few simple Chinese words.
Tuvimos un buen tiempo hablando con los estudiantes y comiendo con ellos después de la charla.We had a good time talking to the students and eating with them after the talk.
