El aprendizaje experimental -- parte 3

El sábado pasado concluímos nuestros talleres de Aprendizaje Experimental con actividades que se enfocaron en la comunicación entre grupos y experimentar los tiempos de conflictos. También la coordinación y cooperación fueron procesos centrales en lo que hicimos en las actividades.

Last Saturday we concluded our Experiential Learning workshops with activities that focused on communication within the groups and on experiencing times of conflicts. Coordination and cooperation were also processes central to the activities that we had.

Esta actividad se llama Grid Stepping. Todo miembro tuvo que pisar los números en orden, en el tiempo más corto posible. La planificación y comunicación grupal fue muy importante en esta actividad.

This activity is called Grid Stepping. The members had to step on numbers in order in the shortest time possible. Planning and communication in the groups were important in this activity.



Y esta actividad se llama Group Juggling. Le meta fue pasar globos con agua entre los miembros, y ver cuántos globos pudieron pasar entre el grupo en el mismo tiempo. La coordinación entre el grupo fue central en esta actividad.

And this activity is called Group Juggling. The goal was to pass the water balloons among the members and to see how many balloons they could pass among themselves at the same time. Coordination among members was central to this activity.

Como siempre, después de las actividades, tuvimos un tiempo en que conversamos sobre lo que pasaron entre los tiempos de las actividades. En este tiempo, tomamos un tiempo para reflexionar en nuestros acciones y reacciones cuando estábamos jugando y compartimos nuestros pensamientos con unos y otros, para que podamos aprender de uno y otro sobre cómo podemos mejorar cuando trabajamos con otras personas.

As always, after the activities we had a time to discuss the processes in the group during the activities. During this time, we take time to reflect on our actions and reactions when we were playing and we shared our thoughts with one another, so that we would be able to learn from one another about how we can improve when we work with others.



Fueron tres semanas emocionantes y educativas, y esperamos que todos nuestros miembros puedan aplicar lo que aprendieron en sus vidas con otras personas, no solo en el club. Más bien, esperamos que lo que aprendieron pueda servirles en cada área de sus vidas personales.

The past three weeks have been exciting and educational and we hope that all our Club members would be able to apply what they have learnt in their lives with other people, not just in the Club. Furthermore, we hope that what they would be able to apply what they have learnt in their personal lives.
