We have started a new program called YOUTH CHALLENGE! It is an international program ran in many countries.. making the youths do things to be an impact in the lives of many people, change their thoughts about them, see the potential they have to do incredible things together and more..YOUTH CHALLENGE also helps them to overcome their fears by doing things that they think they cannot, and helps them realize that actually the YOUTHS have the POTENTIAL, a GREAT POTENTIAL to change their surroundings, to make a DIFFERENCE in this world, in their communities, and in their own lives..
In Generation ACTS Club, we started this project with the vision to see youths that are different, youth that have fullfilment, even though they are still young, they are ready to stand and make the difference in PERU, bring joy to people's lives and theirs
In Youth Challenge, the youths can choose their own projects, because they will get a challebge, not form their parents, not from their teachers, not from friends, but from theirselves, they challenge tehir fears, their weaknesses and finally if they accomplish their challenge, the satisfaction they get is "undescribable" NO WORDS!!
We classified the projects for them to choose according to the name of our Club..ACTS.. from A (ADVENTURE), C (COMUNNITY), T (TOTAL WELL-BEING) and S (SERVICE)
They choose what they want to do in activities "challenges" that they want to overcome..
we got 3 groups of youths that, together will show that they are DIFFERENT..
They have to plan, analyze and found a solution for all the obstacles that they may face..
Our youths learned to analyze their SWOT's (Strenghts, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) and get ready for the CHALLENGE!

YOUTH CHALLENGE - ACCION.. HAZ UNA DIFERENCIA
Hemos empezado un nuevo programa llamado YOUTH CHALLENGE! Es un programa internacional ejecutado en muchos países.. haciendo que los jóvenes hagan cosas para ser un impacto en la vida de muchas personas, cambien el concepto que tienen de sí mismos, vean el potencial que tienen para hacer cosas realmente increíbles y más..
YOUTH CHALLENGE también los ayuda a vencer sus miedos al hacer cosas que los jóvenes creen no poder hacer, y los ayuda a darse cuenta que en verdad los JÓVENES tienen el POTENCIAL, un GRAN POTENCIAL para cambiar sus entornos, para hacer una DIFERENCIA en este mundo, en sus comunidades, y en sus propias vidas..
En Generation ACTS Club, empezamos este proyecto con la visión de ver jóvenes diferentes, jóvenes que tienen satisfacción, a pesar que son muy jóvenes ya están listos para estar firmes y hacer una diferencia en PERÚ, traer gozo a las vidas de otros y a la de ellos mismos.
En Youth Challenge, los jóvenes escogen sus propios proyectos, porque ellos tendrán un desafío, no de parte de sus padres, ni de sus profesores, ni de sus amigos sino de ellos mismos, ellos desafían a sus propios miedos, sus debilidades y finalmente, si cumplen su desafío, la satisfacción que obtienen es “indescriptible” SIN PALABRAS!!
Hemos clasificado los proyectos para que los jóvenes escojan sus proyectos de acuerdo al nombre de nuestro Club… ACTS que significan A (AVENTURA), C (COMUNIDAD), T (TOTAL BIENESTAR) y S (SERVICIO)
Ellos escogen lo que quieren hacer en actividades "desafíos" que quieren vencer.. tenemos 3 grupos de jóvenes que, juntos demostrarán que son DIFERENTES..
Los jóvenes tienen que planear, analizar y encontrar soluciones para todo obstáculo que enfrenten..
Nuestros jóvenes aprendieron a analizar sus FODA's (fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas) y estar listos para el DESAFÍO!
